About:
Creative Dreams Outreach Center is a community center located in Stafford, Texas. For the past twelve years, our focus has been our youth outreach program for financially disadvantaged and foster youth. Our focus has been the arts, teaching free art, dance
and music classes, as well as providing meals, counseling, homework help,clothing and hygiene products and school supplies. With the construction of our new building, we are expanding our community programs.
