This is a unique and exciting opportunity within the fast-paced and growing healthcare industry! We're on the front-end of identifying, consulting and placing top talented healthcare professionals for our respected hospital clients. Our firm has been in business since 2003 and we have offices in Georgia and Nevada. This Executive Recruiter position will be located at our Buford, GA office. Below is a contract/part time opening (based on performance, could lead to a full time opportunity) within our executive search firm (MEDS, INC).
REPORTING TO: Principal & Owner
EXPERIENCE: Min. of 2 years of professional experience within Sales or Customer Service environments (e.g., Retail, Mortgages, Restaurants, Hotels, Real-estate, etc.) preferred. Recent professional experience with inside sales preferred. Must have strong telephone skills as well as good verbal/written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This Executive Recruiter will be involved in resourcing and identifying candidates for our healthcare/hospital clients. You will be collaborating with the Owner as well as the MEDS team on the open executive / management search assignments. Some of the functions would include (but not limited to) the following: data mining, incoming/outgoing phone calls, data entry, candidate profiles, professional reference checking, etc.
EDUCATION: Min. of High School Diploma. Associates Degree preferred &/or several years of demonstrated professional experience in Sales/Customer Service environment.
RATE OF PAY: Hourly Rate + Commissions (depending on experience, education, etc.) + Paid Training.
