We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a team and customer oriented, solution selling environment. The successful candidate will be one who can confidently, and passionately, communicate technical data, while building rapport and closing sales. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day, with 4+ hours of talk time per day.

Responsibilities
Taking and making calls to church planters, and ministry leaders, assessing foundational, legal needs, as it relates to our StartRIGHT Program, and then managing the call to closing the sale.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound “warm" calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Work closely with consultants and other team members to make sure projects get done in a timely manner, as well as continue to build lasting relationships with customers.
Close sales and achieve quarterly goals.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in potential new channels.
Maintain and expand your funnel of prospects.
Perform effective verbal, and occasionally online demos to prospects
Report directly to the Director of Sales
Requirements
•Proven inside sales experience
•Track record of achieving goals and connecting with customers
•Strong phone presence and experience making lots of calls per day
•Experience working with team members to achieve team-related goals, while meeting individual goals in a timely manner
•Experience working with a sales funnel
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•Strong listening and presentation skills
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•BA/BS degree or equivalent nice, but not required
•Spanish speaking as a second language nice, but not required
