The Okeechobee Campus of Faith Farm Ministries seeks an experienced Store Manager to manage and coordinate sales activities at our Thrift Store.  This position reports directly to the Campus Director. 

Successful candidate will possess 3+years experience in sales and management of retail store environment, knowledge of inventory control and purchasing, ability to work and lead others.  Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and mathematical skills.  [See Basic Requirements below for more details]

Education:                         High School Graduate/Equivalent/Some College and Management Training preferred.  

Position Hours:                Full-time, 40 hours, Days 9-6 includes Saturday work.

                                            Live-off property position.

Basic Requirements:

• Requires a 2 year minimum commitment to Faith Farm Ministries.
• 3 years sales and management experience, working in furniture trade preferred.
• Supervision and scheduling duties.
• Knowledge of POS and Inventory Control.
• Ability to price inventory.
• Previous cash register experience and good mathematical skills.
• Computer skills to include knowledge of Outlook, Excel, M/S Applications
• Should be familiar with current furniture styles & product with sales experience preferred. 
• Ability to provide Counseling and Ministerial support services as needed in our Regeneration Program.
• Must possess good Organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to problem solve.
• Must be able to understand safety policy and procedures and enforce rules and regulations.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to resolve issues/complaints.
• Personable, Reliable and Punctual
• Ability to work as a Team member and with dealers, distributors and others.
• Must be self motivated and take initiative as a leader to get the job done.
