Full Time Board Operator / Producer
-Confirm daily program log and on air automation, assuring that all FCC regulations, and broadcasting best practices are strictly followed.
-Produce daily programming promos
-Import programs into automation from ftp and websites
-Develop and write creative, appropriate ad and promo copy
-Record and Produce commercials, coordinating with Sales and national voice talent
-Monitor station audio for content and quality
-Coordinate with local program clients to record and produce programs.
-Report to Operations Manager, with immediate communication of technical / programing issues.
-Proficiency with Radio Automation systems (Rivendell).
-Advanced skills in audio editing (Sony Sound Forge / Vegas and Audacity).
-Highly competent in Board Operations (Logitek – Remora).
-Additional duties in daily broadcast operations.
Requisite Experience
-2 or more years in commercial radio broadcasting, with radio production experience.
