Wanted – Experienced, motivated, energetic and creative individual with a passion for serving
the Lord in leading a team of 30-50 staff providing an average of 150,000 age-appropriate
meals for children through Sr. Adults from two separate dining rooms open all year.
Responsible for all facets of a $750,000 and growing food serve department including , but not
limited to, menu planning, purchasing, budgeting, training staff and creating an atmosphere for
the hospitality of all campers, outdoor education students, retreat and conference participants.
