Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Do whatever it takes to deliver the best customer experience while serving as the direct point of contact between our online stores, customers and internal resources.
  • Act as a trusted, knowledgeable resource for shoppers, providing product advice and guidance, while being empathetic to their needs and thinking outside-the-box to deliver happiness.
  • Build confidence in potential customers with a friendly phone presence, confident product knowledge and strong understanding of our customer experience policies.
  • Support the entire customer experience team and business by coming up with innovative solutions to problems, and challenging yourself and the people around you to improve every single day.
  • Resolve customer calls/ emails related to products offered on our website (order status, cancellation, returns, etc).
  • Process customer orders by phone and live chat.
  • Develop relationships with customers and product vendors.
  • Report all product-related trends to the merchandising team.
  • Complete order fulfilment duties (e.g. data entry, vendor coordination etc.) as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years providing exceptional customer service is required.
  • Must be empathetic to customer’s needs.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Must have ambition and outstanding work ethic.
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task within a high pressure environment.
  • Detail oriented, aptitude for learning new things quickly.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
