We are a Christian children's home seeking committed Christian married couples who are dedicated and called to the ministry of caring for children. We have a small campus of six homes on 80 acres in rural southeast Arkansas, but the staff is big in its support of its house parents. Compensation includes salary, medical insurance, retirement benefits, paid vacation and sick leave, free food, utilities, and off duty housing, and the knowledge that you are needed, formed meaningful relationships, and have truly made a difference.
Primary house parents are on 10 days and off four; and our relief house parents are on five days and off two. House parents are limited to two dependent children, but we do allow most pets. Our children have only mild to moderate behavioral issues, and after hours on call staff are available to assist with the more challenging situation.
