Job Description:

Church in Atlanta seeking Facilities Administrator to provide guidance and oversight to maintenance and janitorial staff. Management of facilities projects may consist of but not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, construction, chiller maintenance, etc.


Candidate will have direct interface with Directors/Pastors to provide guidance and recommendations on project plans and facility maintenance. Candidate may work with external contractors to ensure successful project management.


Minimum 5 years' experience in Facility management; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred and must possess pertinent certificates in boiler and related equipment maintenance. Must have supervisory/leadership experience and ability to management multiple projects at once and meeting appropriate deadlines.
