For over 35 years, Childcare Worldwide (CCW) has served children around the world through a robust child sponsorship program that has focused on meeting physical and spiritual needs, providing hope, and enabling them to meet their unlimited potential.  Continued need and opportunities for growth have resulted in the decision to bring in a Vice President of Development who will provide strategic leadership to the ministry resulting in sustainable funding strategies to position CCW to continue to expand their impact, enabling them to serve the ever growing needs of children globally.  Additional information is available through their website, www.childcareworldwide.org .

Today, Childcare Worldwide reaches children and families in Kenya, Uganda, India, Peru and Haiti, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Mexico.  They do so through programs providing food, medical services, educational support, water, and other services, all of which are rooted in a strong spiritual foundation.  The child sponsorship program, CCW’s largest program, serves approximately 7000 children and the need continues to grow.  This is an exciting time for CCW and the Vice President for Development will play a key role in the organization today and in leadership for the future. 

CCW is looking for the right individual who, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, will provide leadership and oversight resulting in a strong Development function with sustainable funding strategies to meet ministry needs.  Candidates will have proven and successful experience in leadership, resource development, and relationship management and possess the ability to inspire and motivate members of the organization as well as external stakeholders and partners.  In addition, candidates should possess the experience, skills, and ability to function successfully across CCW’s broad, diverse international ministry.
