Position Opportunity: Executive Director/CEO
Biblical Business Training (BBT) - an innovative, mission focused, growing national/global organization helping business men and women apply Biblical principles at work – seeks a new Executive Director/CEO
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Maintain consistency with the founding mission and vision “Faith for Work – Leadership for Life”
- Think and act strategically in implementing strategies/tactics consistent with the Leadership Flywheel – BBT’s leadership development strategy
- Develop and lead scalable, national/global growth strategies (e.g., individual group leaders, churches and denominations, Christian schools, Christian led businesses, Christian associations, etc)
- Develop and manage the budget
- Provide general organizational management
- Recruit and support Board members
- Recruit, retain and manage staff
- Fundraise
- Recruit and nurture volunteers

Qualifications and Characteristics
It is preferred that candidates have a master’s degree, with a bachelor’s degree required.
