Needed: An experienced couple, passionate about teenagers. We are a homelike school for approximately 35 boys age 12 to 17. You'll join a 15 member experienced team. We are one of the most successful programs in existence and we want to get even better.
We also have a small Baptist Church that serves the boys and our local community. Qualifications: Other similar experience, health and strength to keep active with boys, strong preaching/teaching/counseling skills (KJV), willingness to live on property (next
to) not with boys. Bonus Qualities ... Pastoral experience, craftsman (carpenter, electrician, welder, etc.) Degree I Social Work or Christian Counselling a plus but not required. (we are willing to pay for continuing education) wife to be willing to teach/tutor,
culinary skills, or something to share with boys. The position includes (for our location) generous pay (DOE) and housing (2500 Sq. Ft. home) Utilities etc. Long term.
Staff members have multiple hats through the day; hygiene, inspections, PT, school, football, volleyball, fishing, hunting, building, vocational training, community service, meal prep, one on one counseling, or just shopping.
