Medical Assistant/CNA/Receptionist

Fremont County Pediatric Clinic is looking to add a person to our team at our Riverton location.  Their responsibilities would primarily be at the front desk, and occasionally helping in the hallway with patient flow.  The ideal candidate must be:

-computer literate 

-energetic

-able to multitask

-able to work in a busy environment

-must be a quick learner

-adaptable

-reliable

-experience working with an electronic health record is a plus

-certified MA would be beneficial  

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
