Job Description |
|
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail |
|
Answer phones, forward accordingly or take a message as needed |
|
Communicating with and providing direct support for the personnel |
|
Coordinate communications and information with the team |
|
Copy, scan, upload files, prepare binders, set up new vendors, and subcontractors |
|
Must be able to effectively interact with Customer, vendors, and other team members on the telephone and in person |
|
Must have good organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously |
|
Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records |
|
Other duties and tasks as requested by Management |
|
Provide general administrative support for company projects |
|
Provide information to facilitate questions regarding projects and prepare research information |
|
Provide some document controls but updating record copies, construction project documentation and changes |
|
Receive, log and distribute all mail and courier packages |
|
Strong customer service and creative problem solving experience |
|
Strong verbal and written communication skills |
|
Track status of projects and produce monthly progress reports |

Pay |
|
Pay: $18 - $22 Per Hour (Contingent Upon Experience) |
