Salem Media Group in Portland is looking for a talented Sales Assistant. To be considered for this position, a well-qualified candidate should have expert proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Publisher, along with excellent creativity using Photoshop and other software in the Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Wideorbit traffic software is preferred but not required. You will assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations and media kits, as well as preparing sales contracts for data entry. Will help with the production and distribution of sales reports, orders, revisions, and create spreadsheets and other documents. Some Receptionist telephone duties and interaction with the public will be required. In addition, you will be assisting with Human Resources and completing other administrative duties as necessary. The position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, must have the ability to multi task and stay focused while working with interruptions.
