As an Ambassador, teaching families the skills and providing the behavioral tools needed to aid success indeed provides hope toward a cohesive family.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
1. Keep records such as: (assessments, progress notes, daily summary, and any other required forms) in order to justify services under regulations plus any paperwork required by Agency Inc.
2. The BCBA will be involved in providing an assessment of consumer's needs as well as the needs of the family and supervising the staff implementing the treatment plan.
3. Individual plans will be developed to include individual, family, or group therapy, depending on the needs of the consumer.
4. Primarily provide individual and family services, but also provide other therapeutic services to meet the needs of each consumer assigned. This may include groups, family workshops family counseling staff consultation, clinics etc.
5. Meet with supervisor to insure proper delivery and documentation of services.
6. Provide any other job related services that may arise upon the discretion of the Director.
