Primary responsibilities:
Preaching/Teaching
Visionary Leader who would communicate our vision. (Loving God,Building Community,Making Disciples)
Preaching 3 services per weekend (same message) Saturday evening and 2 on Sunday morning
Lead a team based ministry model
Share a passion for Shepherding and Discipleship
Lead staff meetings
Williing to collaborate with staff
Meets regularly with Board members. Reports to the Deacon Board and establish a Pastoral Accountability Committee.
Perform weddings/funerals as needed
Pastoral care/hospital calls
