Financial Assistant/Analyst - National Christian Foundation Heartland
Overview:
NCF Heartland is looking for a finance assistant with the skills to be able to contribute in financial management analysis. This position will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Finance & Operations on day-to-day bookkeeping, project management, trend analysis, payroll, etc.
This position is ideal for a well-organized person who enjoys problem solving and is looking for a new challenge within the non-profit Christian environment.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Accurately process deposits, payments, expense reports, etc.
• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare analytics and reporting for leadership team
• Responsibly manage confidential information
• Recommend new processes/procedures to Finance Director
• Reconcile accounts
• Manage document storage
• Other duties & projects as assigned
Requirements:
Associates degree (Bachelor degree preferred)
2+ years similar experience (or accounting/finance degree)
Commitment to integrity and biblical faith
Experience in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks (Quickbooks experience is preferred, but not required.)
Ability to manage multiple projects
High level of professionalism
Desire to succeed in a rewarding but demanding environment
