Job Description:

ELIC is accepting applications for a Data Entry Associate position in our USA office.  This position provides support to the Finance Department with database information entry and Database integrity.

 

Reporting Relationship

Reports to the Director of Finance.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enters/checks daily batches into donor management software (currently Salesforce).
  • Enters posting batches into donor management software and accounting software (currently Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Participates in daily/weekly/monthly database integrity projects as directed by the Director of Finance.
  • Performs other tasks and projects as requested by the Director of Finance.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree; emphasis in computer sciences, finance or accounting a plus, but not needed.
  • Entry level understanding of databases.  Numbers oriented.
  • 10-key adding machine experience.
  • Able to type 65 wpm.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or Dynamics accounting software a plus.
  • Detailed oriented and self-starting.  Able to work independently.
  • Commitment to the purpose, vision and mission of ELIC.
  • Committed Christian with high ethical standards.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in ELIC’s Fort Collins, CO office.
