Responsibilities

• Complex Correspondence
• Act as liaison with Minneapolis business (corporate office)
• Complex problem resolution
• Escalated advisor and client problem solving & resolution
• Supports and promotes change
• Takes initiative to share information and promote open communication
• Attends training and shares with the Team(s)
• Able to provide a high level of written and oral communication
• Understands audience and communicates appropriately
• Supports Team members in meeting client's needs
• Able to provide work direction and feedback
• Ability to contribute to Team productivity (phone coverage, complex processing) and spend time on other tasks (projects, coaching, mentoring, leadership responsibilities)

Required Qualifications

• Organization, time management and data entry skills
• Outstanding customer service in a time-sensitive manner
• Ability to process detail-oriented material measured by accuracy and productivity standards
• Experience working with mainframe systems and PC software applications
• Effective communication, listening and telephone skills
• Team player attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to participate in quality and process improvement activities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work well with a team and independently
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
