Worship Pastor

The Lead Worship Pastor must: 

1. Have a solid character spiritually, personally, and relationally.

2. Be willing and able to lead in a contemporary setting utilizing a worship style that is driven by a praise band, enhanced occasionally by a praise choir, and understand how to effectively use orchestration periodically.

3. Have a heart for those he is leading, love the church, and share a chemistry with the staff.

4. Be confident in leading an audio/video team and creatively develop in this area.

5. Have an engaging personality that can confidently lead the church before the throne through music.

Although God has called us all to serve Him in excellence, the primary roll of a pastor at FBC is to be an equipper. To share, connect and train members who are under their leadership in order that they may become disciples who make disciples.
