 About the Position

Reporting directly to the Senior Pastor, the Christian Education (CE) Pastor must be called to IBC.  This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the relevant Christian Education strategy and well-being of the children, youth, young adults and their families in keeping with the vision and mission of IBC.

The CE Pastor will also have direct responsibility for the development and implementation of the relevant teaching pedagogy to ensure that all IBC teaching ministry workers will be equipped and trained effectively.

Required qualifications (minimum)

1. Master’s Degree in Religious Education or Masters of Divinity or its equivalent.
2. 5 years of experience in both pastoral and oversight of the Christian Education ministries in a multi-national and multi-cultural Christian church or Christian organization.
3. Possesses relevant competency, experience and an in-depth understanding of Biblical and Baptist church doctrine including the various human development stages of learner and classroom disciplines.
4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
5. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Remuneration range: Basic monthly salary of SGD6,000 to SGD10,000
