Whitefield Academy, a Christian and classical school serving grades Pre-K - 12, seeks a part-time (30 hours per week) finance administrator to provide professional support and advice to the Headmaster through prepared financial information. Significant financial and accounting understanding and knowledge of QuickBooks software is essential. Need to attend monthly finance committee meetings outside of normal business hours (currently meet monthly on Saturday mornings). Experience with non-profit organizations and or ability to transition to full-time to assume human resources responsibilities would be a differentiator. Competitive pay and benefits.
