Job Description:

This Orlando-based position is the primary daily administrator of the EPC health, life, retirement and other benefit plans of Benefit Resources Inc. (BRI) that serve employees of 600 EPC churches and related entities and their dependents. The position is a vital communication and operational link with plan participants, EPC leaders, and vendors. In addition, the Benefits Administrator provides operational assistance in areas of information/records management, communications, marketing, plan monitoring, and process improvement. BRI is a subsidiary corporation of the EPC. Only candidates who already or will soon reside in the Orlando area will be considered.
