Pine View Buildings is a family owned, Christian based, manufacturer of custom storage buildings based in Statesville, NC. We are currently operating in five states, and are growing quickly. We are in search of a full time Accounts Receivable clerk to handle all A/R activities and reporting. Salary: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour - depends upon experience
Responsibilities and Duties
Record customer receipts and prepare bank deposits
Accept customer payments over the phone
Transfer funds online
Invoicing customers
Reconcile Receivable Accounts
Monthly reporting to Accounting Manager
Calling on past due accounts
Qualifications and Skills
Must be detail oriented and organized
Prefer at least one year A/R experience, but willing to train the right person.
Prefer recent experience with QuickBooks, excellent math skills, internet savvy, and able to type a minimum 50 wpm.
High School diploma is required, Associates degree preferred.
