DIRECTOR OF LOCAL MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT (DLMD)

Our Christian Talk and Teach Station has a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves and appreciates a combination of sales/marketing with ministry development for a thriving Christian, Talk and Teach Radio station in San Antonio, Texas.

The duties of the Director of Local Ministry Development includes, but not limited to:

• Networks with the local pastoral community
• Build Relationships with area churches to enhance their ministry via radio
• Represent KSLR at local ministry events such as church conferences, pastoral seminars and other forms of community outreach
• Solicits sponsors for the radio station’s own ministry and community events (ie: Pastors Appreciation Luncheon, concerts, special events and radio ministry seminars)
• Have the ability to make sales calls to churches and ministries for radio broadcasting.
