Responsibilities and Duties
- Support end users with computer, network, phone, and voicemail issues
- Assist in the administration of a Windows, Mac, and Linux in a LAN/WAN/VPN environment
- Install, update, and configure computer hardware and software to company standards
- Educate end users on how to best utilize their technology
- Assist with the administration of phone and voice mail systems
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and ChromeOS in a LAN environment
- Well versed in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing Windows Server, including experience with AD, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS
- VMWare experience
- Experience with Office 365 administration
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Core competencies required, specifically; problem solving/analysis of technology; technical capacity; excellent interpersonal skills; initiative; and strong time management
- Minimum of 3 years IT experience
