Fellowship Bible Church, Little Rock, is looking for a Worship Pastor for our multisite campus in Cabot, Arkansas. Our Cabot campus has two Sunday services with 350-400 worshippers plus another 130-150 children and students totaling around 500-600 people per weekend and growing. The primary focus of the position is to serve as the Key Worship Leader through band-driven worship and will help the body engage in meaningful worship and grow as followers of Christ. This person will work closely with the campus pastor in service planning and campus staff and elders in the leadership, shepherding and growth of the campus, people, and ministries. Strong relational, leadership and pastoral skills are necessary, as well as an obvious passion for worship.
This position will lead our Cabot campus worship ministry through team leadership of our weekend services and also oversee sound, lighting, video, and stage design. Also, this position will work alongside a team of worship leaders across our mutliple campuses. This position requires a relevant college degree as well as 3+ years experience in leading a worship ministry. Seminary is a plus. Must be willing to live in the Cabot community which is 20 minutes Northeast of North Little Rock and about 40 minutes from our hub campus in Little Rock. This is a full time position with benefits.
