This is a full time, 40 hours per week position Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with excellent benefits.
Salem Media Group is a leading broadcaster of religious programming and informative talk. We are currently seeking an organized, professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to support our KKNT/KPXQ/KXXT radio staff.
Duties include but are not limited to entering National, Network, Streaming and barter contracts, including continuity and submitting weekly online affidavits for our 3 radio stations. This very positive and upbeat person will answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff, meet and greet our visitors and clients, process daily credit card transactions, daily filing and outgoing mail. Maintain copier and mail machines including ordering necessary supplies.
Skills/Requirements:
- Proficient in – Microsoft office applications with above ordinary computer skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines are necessary
- Dynamic, Positive, dedicated, friendly attitude, team oriented and flexible
- Organized, efficient, detail oriented and have excellent attendance and punctuality
