The Director of Children's Ministry must be passionate about helping children ages birth through 6th grade to discover and develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. Applicants must have at least 4 years experience in Children's Ministries. This person must currently be participating in a local church. Computer and social media skills are also needed for marketing and Check-in program. Personality traits must include high-energy, self-starter, superior organizational skills, vibrant spiritual life, an interest in missions and a passion for recruiting, equipping and deploying volunteers. The job is full-time and includes Sunday mornings, Monday evenings and special events.
