We are seeking a vibrant believer in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord in the evangelical tradition with a ministry mindset that is oriented toward sacrificial service, with the highest goal of honoring the Lord Jesus Christ. Three Rivers Christian School is a two-campus, non-denominational ministry to children from 4-week-old infants through 12th grade, with a current enrollment of 440. We also have an adult, unaccredited Ministry Training Center that operates during the evenings with a current enrollment of 20.

Since 1966, Longview Christian School and Child Development Center has served the families of our area with loving care and quality Christian education for literally thousands of children. In 1996, a group of our school families joined together to form Cornerstone Community Christian School, offering grades 7-12 in a leased space in our local community. In an effort to provide a permanent home with room for growth, these two schools merged in 2004 to form Three Rivers Christian School. This united ministry now serves infants through high school seniors with an enrollment of 440 (Child Development Center: 138; Elementary: 186; Jr/Sr High: 116) and a staff of 84.

We are seeking an Administrator to oversee the entire ministry, to be in place for the 2010-2011 school year. Budget constraints may require this individual to also take primary responsibility for other administrative staff positions, which will be determined by the skills, experience, and desires of the administrator selected in our search.
