Job Description:

Thrives in a fast moving, high growth environment.  Key responsibilities include order processing and returns management. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Hebron Stores sells its products through its websites, ebay, and Amazon. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:



1. Processing orders

2. Orders are shipped from manufacturers, distributors or the Mokena warehouse.
3. Update tracking once the order is shipped



1. Manage product returns process

2. Submit returns request to the manufacturer or distributor

3.  Ensure credit is processed or replacement is shipped once return is sent back

Key Requirements
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Ability to work in a challenging environment with frequent interactions with customers and suppliers
  3. Proficient in using word, excel and other MS Office products
  4. Problem solving skills
  5. Team player
