Care Net Pregnancy Resource Centers (PRCs) seeks a full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide Christ-centered leadership and oversight for achievement of the mission and financial objectives of this vibrant, donor-supported ministry. As a Christ-centered ministry, Care Net PRCs upholds the sacred value of life by reaching out to those in unplanned pregnancies, teaching abstinence, and offering spiritual healing from the effects of abortion. Care Net PRCs has two locations. The Manassas Virginia location operates a 4500 square foot facility that houses both its executive offices and a professional pregnancy center offering an array of counseling and medical services, including pregnancy testing and ultrasound, under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. The second facility, located in Woodbridge, Virginia, is positioned for major expansion and transformation into a full-medical services facility within the next 18-24 months. Care Net PRCs serves a diverse, multi-cultural demographic with a full and part time staff of 11, as well as volunteer medical staff. It is on excellent financial and organizational footing and is well supported by a committed donor base and a pro-active Board of Directors.
Care Net PRCs new CEO must have a deep passion for the unborn and for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The opportunity is to take a well-positioned and well-managed ministry to the next level as God would lead. Responsibilities include strategic planning, administration, development, community/public relations, and accountability to all ministry stake-holders. The CEO will be responsible for providing managerial support and direction to its medical and non-medical staff. He/She must have proven leadership experience in both a non-profit organization and a ministry or para-church organization, as well as skills managing others, building ministry relationships, achieving strategic and development goals, public speaking, and writing. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and must be able to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision. Salary will be commensurate with experience and level of education.
