Northwoods Presbyterian Church in Northwest Houston is seeking a Director of Children's and Family Ministry. The purpose of this position is to equip families in the raising of their children with the knowledge of God's Word and love; nurturing children within our church family and to reach out into the community; and to implement creative events that help children grow spiritually, emotionally and relationally to other children and adults.
Reports to: Senior Associate Pastor
Time Requirements: Interested in finding the right solution for prospective employee and the church; prefer part-time but full-time may be an option.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Coordinating a full and exciting Children's and Family ministry, Curriculum selection, volunteer recruitment, training and support for programming and children's events. Plan and coordinate all
Children's ministry special events.
