Our church is a missionally focused church that exists to reach the city and the surrounding area. The church believes the Kingdom of God has the power to transform lives. Our services are focused on creating a powerful worship experience through presence driven atmospheres.
About the Position:
This position is designed for an individual who has a call for worship and a heart for the city. The worship pastor must be able to create a culture of Presence-Driven worship through leading, training and developing the gifts in others. The worship leader needs to be skilled at leading worship with a sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit. The worship pastor must have strong musical and vocal abilities to lead. The music pastor will work closely with the pastor and be responsibility of oversight, recruitment, development of musicians, vocalist, and audio/visual arts. Our worship style is strongly influenced by Bethel Music, Elevation Worship, & Bridgecity worship.

Qualifications:
Education: At minimum an Associates degree or relevant practical experience
Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years eperience in leading worship
