This career path grants you primary responsibilities for performing the following duties:
*manage sales accounts and territories in partnership with road representatives, collaborate with colleagues, and with vendor colleagues on manufacturers’ deals, specials, order issues, and customer service
*gain and apply product, discount, and deal knowledge from all vendors at national sales conferences, in office, and with sales team
*establish relationships with retail gift buyers and owners of retail stores to grow sales and assist with customer service across all manufacturers
*perform all other duties and responsibilities associated with carrying out the task of selling and servicing customers and in representing vendors
*participate in sales conference and trade shows, when appropriate
*perform specific organizational and or operational task related to the betterment of all IntegriTEAM based on qualifications, as requested by management, and required according to policy
Individual should have an ability to work independently, good communication skills, eagerness to learn about and sale gift products and provide customer service, basic knowledge of, functional use of, and capability to learn internet, eblast, email, and various
software, willingness to go beyond the call of duty to complete task, trustworthiness, positive and grateful attitude, a desire to serve independent account owners and or buyers. When in a relationship with colleagues, individual should demonstrate an attitude
of personal responsibility by being aware that actions and attitudes towards others should be positive and encouraging. Individual must have a genuine concern for the betterment of oneself, IntegriTEAM colleagues, and the success of IntegriTEAM Sales & Marketing.
