Our start up onsite Christian Elementary School seeks a part-time director, with the position increasing in hours and pay over the next 2 years, in order to enhance the overall function of the school and further its academic programs. The school is 6 years old and this past Fall (Aug 2017) opened its very first 4th grade classroom. 5th grade is scheduled to open next Fall (2018). There is the potential for a middle-school as well. The school currently already offers, alonside its academic currciculum, art class, music time in the chapel with the Pastor of the church as well as a regular music period where the students are learning both music principles as well as how to play instruments, the students also have P.E. class and Spanish class as well. There is an after-school program with staff already in place. The Church Tech handles all issues with computers, as well as contonued additon of technology to further the learning expereicne for the student. The Director would work alongside the Headmaster in continuing the development of the overall school, its programs, staff and the continued updating of techinical equipment to aid the students learning as needed. We would prefer the individual to already have directors credentials, but if they are working on acheiving them the leadership of the church and Headmaster is willing to both interview and hire if they are at this point in the process.
