LifeWay Haven is just getting off the ground. Please read the "About LifeWay Haven". We are seeking that right individual to do life with our sisters in Christ. This is truely a missional, hands on, full-time position. Our home is large (8,000 sq. feet) with 13 bedrooms. The home is in the country where elements of country life will be developed - gardens, chickens, maybe some agricultural animals. Nothing is set in stone. Along with learning basic life skills, we will also be teaching the residences how to start a business. This will include conception, developing a pro forma, a marketing plan, basic accounting, actual launch, then running the business. Our Mission Statement really spells it out. We want to start small with 4 to 8 residences then expand once we gain some experience.

- Spiritually and mentally mature female
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Energetic
- Ability to multi-task
- Prefers a family oriented environment
- Loves to work and be challenged
- Previously incarcerated a plus (bet you don't see that very often)
- And/or actively involved in prison ministry
We would consider a married couple if it was an excellent fit.
When it comes to salary, you won't be doing this for the money. It pays $24,000 year plus most of your living expenses. Due to the type of ministry, it would not be a good idea for children to live on the premisis.
