Executive Assistant (Part-time and full-time candidates will both be considered.)
Family Radio (a.k.a. Family Stations, Inc.) is a nonprofit, Christian ministry that is centered around our mission:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform both administrative and personal tasks for the general manager/president of our Christian ministry. Our ideal candidate will remain personable, reliable, and positive while prioritizing and multitasking in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
The position involves daily administrative tasks such as: arranging travel, filing, organizing, booking appointments, writing letters/memos, and managing projects. You must be detail-oriented and organized, as well as possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidates must be willing and able to tackle new challenges and be supportive in breaking new ground. This means that beyond daily administrative tasks, you will occasionally have larger projects to support, so you must be a self-starter who can meet critical deadlines.
Furthermore, as the assistant to the president/general manager, you will support various tasks that directly involve the Christian ministry. This may include helping to arrange listener engagement activities, speaking commitments, and day-to-day ministry work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years administrative experience
· Strong computer skills required. Must be adept in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce, Constant Contact, Adobe, Publisher, & QuickBooks is a plus
· Must be familiar with general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing
· Must have good organizational skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to handle multiple phone lines, redirect calls, and take messages
· Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
· Ability to work with web and media departments on special projects
· Ability to handle projects independently with minimum direction
