- Position: Children's Director, part time staff.
- Mission: To glorify God by creating an environment for our kids to experience God personally and grow in Christ spiritually.
- We currently have 50-70 children (0yr-10).
- This is a position starting at 20-25 hrs a week. Compensation is $17-$20 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Develop a robust Children’s ministry that is safe, fun, and leads our kids to know and love Jesus.
- Ministries: evangelism, worship, Bible teaching, prayer, and heart focused discipline.
- Supremacy of Love: relationally warm personality, loves children, and loves Jesus Christ.
- Shepherd volunteers: recruit, train volunteers, pray, visit classes,
- Administration: Christ-centered curriculum, check-in/out, track attendance, communicate w/ parents, ministry guideline classroom binders.
Requirements
- Christian saved by grace through a personal relationship with Jesus
- Feels a calling to children's ministry
- 2-5 years in children's related ministry
- Administration, leadership, teaching, shepherd's heart, proficient with computer software.
- Position: Director position (deacon) and part time staff. Worship at Seeds of Life Church, attend staff meetings on Tue, and Director Mtg's once a month.
