Job Description:

This position is one of key field leadership in Zambia for someone with leadership and administrative skills. The Country Director is responsible for oversight of all operations of The Esther School, a growing, Christian mission school about one hour east of the capital city, Lusaka. A commitment minimum of three years is requested in this contracted missionary job.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Four year college or university degree required
  • Minimum of five years of successful, applicable experience in administrative leadership
  • Embraces the mission and vision of the Esther School
  • At least five years of experience working in a cross-cultural setting
  • At least five years of relevant management experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Embraces and demonstrates a biblical worldview approach to work and life
  • Committed to living as a faithful Christ-follower
