The assistant manager of accounting operations is responsible for supporting the manager of accounting operations. The role involves supervising the accounting operations team and ensuring accurate maintenance of the financial records of HOPE’s domestic entities. The assistant manager will train, coach, and mentor the accounting operations team. This role is responsible for the processing and posting of monthly payroll and for reconciliations of the investment accounts held by the organization. This role will provide support by contributing to and managing special projects as needed.
