Group Publishing is searching for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This position reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for the management and supervision of our Finance department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracts and copy rights, administration, taxes, financial statements, and overseeing the budgeting process. We’re looking for a self-directed individual who has an experience working in a fast-paced business environment and has a good understanding of all facets of accounting.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience and 5-7 years of progressive experience in the Finance Field are required. Must have a thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience working in ERP Systems, NetSuite experience a plus. The candidate must also have a minimum 3 year of supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and strong operational focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
