Group’s Lifetree Adventures team has an opening for a Customer Care and Registration Specialist. Lifetree Adventures creates mission experiences for youth and families both domestically and internationally. This role manages customer relationships primarily with churches and youth leaders, generates sales, provides customer service and manages camp registrations, including processing payments, correspondence, and database management. Responsibilities include data entry, tendering payments, packing and shipping, and be able to think through processes and assist in process improvement.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, 2 years of office management or equivalent experience, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver solutions. In addition, candidate must have a positive and energetic attitude, be able to work in a fast-paced environment on a computer for long periods of time doing repetitive data entry, embrace technology and new systems, love working with people by phone, and appreciate the value of mission experiences for youth groups and families.
