The Health Services Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and training of all staff on camp policies that will ensure that campers and guests are provided with excellent care while on property. The Health Services Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, retention and scheduling for healthcare volunteers for health services along with creating processes and procedures that allow us to operate within best practices for the industry.
