This person will join the Next Generation Ministries Team serving alongside our dynamic and creative Student Ministries Staff team, with a primary focus on serving with middle school students and leaders, while gaining experience serving across the Next Generation Ministries (infants-college). This role is designed as a developmental role for someone in the final phase of their education or having recently completed schooling for ministry. Applicants should desire to pursue full time vocational ministry. This opportunity will provide hands on experience and coaching alongside and under a seasoned staff in a larger Student Ministries context.
The ideal applicant will have flexibility and the ability to attend retreats, camps and ministry events. Applicants must be committed to a minimum of one year, have transportation and the ability to secure housing. Applicants should demonstrate gifting and a desire to grow and contribute through teaching, discipleship, shepherding, planning, equipping and leading others.
