The Vanderbloemen Internship program provides a unique internship experience for those seeking business experience in the faith-based staffing industry.

The prospective Intern will be dedicated to either the Candidate Relations, Data & Technology, or Sales Departments for the duration of the internship. This offers an opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a team environment. Interns will learn specialty skills within their own departmental focus, but will also have exposure to, and learning from, nearly every area at Vanderbloemen.

The successful candidate will value excellence in all things and will complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.

This is an unpaid internship.

The effective Intern will achieve the following goals during the internship: 

• Build strong relationships with the VSG team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Complete projects as assigned by team leaders.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, team player, and task executor. They will likely have experience working in a church or para-church ministry. Experience in problem solving, customer service, and human resources are also a plus.

• Self-starter – a person who is strongly motivated and shows initiative.
