The Day Camp Director (West Michigan) is responsible to partner with local churches, schools and other ministries to deliver an outstanding experience to all campers, parents and guests that participate in SpringHill Day Camps. The Day Camp Director will be responsible to manage relationships with ministry leaders and will be assigned a few areas of camp programming that they are responsible for. The Day Camp Director is responsible to recruit, hire, develop and retain Summer Leaders for SpringHill while creating a culture that reflects the core values of SpringHill.
