Group is searching for an Order Management and Returns Processing Manager. This position requires a wide range of distribution, inventory control, and logistics knowledge. Responsibilities include overseeing the timely and accurate processing of customer returns as well as managing pick releases, backorders and leading a team. The ideal candidate for this position must be detail oriented, quality minded, a team player, a strong leader and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate should have 3 - 5 years of distribution operations experience along with 3 plus years’ supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with computerized order processing systems (ERP) such as Netsuite and HighJump are ideal. Must have the ability to work on the computer terminal for up to 7 hours a day, able to lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted and stand for long periods of time.
