Technical:
- Google Analytics, Tableau, and other data analysis tools
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Sprout Social, HootSuite
- Understanding of SEO

- Develop and execute an effective communication plan
- Champion clear internal and external communication
- Advocate for beauty in everything we do
- Cultivate, protect and share the Parkview brand story/promise
- Develop and execute an effective social media strategy
- Able to do some graphic design
- Able to lead contracted and volunteer teams of designers, photographers, and writers
- Proven track record of leading change through creativity
- The ability to lead up from a place of possibility and trust
- Project Management skills - Multiple projects/timelines
